We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance to all the major attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we could ask for. We especially appreciated the air conditioning and the in-room safe. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. We never had any trouble finding a place to sit, as the staff were quick to clean up tables. we were very impressed with the quality of service and the level of comfort this hotel provided.

We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location was great - ease of access to Tegnerlunden. The room was absolutely stunning when upgraded with comfy beds and a spectacular view plus a decent size bathroom. I really enjoyed it so will certainly stay here again.

This hotel is very nice, centrally located, just on the end of the pedestrian shopping street, but quiet during the night. I had to leave very early on the day of departure (5 am), and it took me just 20 mins to walk to the central station. The hotel staff are all friendly and helpful. My room is cleaned everyday, and it is nice to have iron and hair dryer in the room.

The breakfast is generally good, only that the dinning room is a bit crowded.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, just a short walk from the Central station and the popular shopping street, Drottninggatan. The hotel room I stayed in was clean and spacious, with a comfortable mattress. The breakfast had a good selection of food items and was quite enjoyable. Despite a few minor drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, overall I would recommend this Scandic hotel for its convenient location and satisfactory amenities.

I forgot some cash money in open safe. I returned to hotel in several hours after check-off. My cash has been kindy returned to me by hotell stuff. Thanks a lot!

Hotel computer tried to apply higher rate, not the rate announced by Booked.net in booking confirmation. Ploblem was fixed manually by stuff. (It's the same problem with Scandic hotels second time, first was in Scandic Lappeenranta). Check applied rate on check-off!

I did not like (at all) that there was only one computer available and the location of the computer (the lobby, next to the snacks), I needed to do some work and it was difficult to do this because of the location of the computer. I thought more towels should be available in the room. While I do not like soap in those plastic containers, that was OK. It would have been very nice to provide body lotion for guests. I did not like the big decorator pillow on the sheets because other guests may have put it on the floor in the evening.

The hotel is centrally located, close to shops, dining, and central transportation hubs. The rooms are very well appointed. The breakfast was fantastic. Complimentary wireless was easy to access and trouble free. Staff were kind and helpful.

While my room was well appointed, it did not have any outside windows. This would not have really been an issue except for in the absence of any thermostat, I had no means by which to control the room temperature. Thus, my room became excruciatingly hot and stuffy, making sleep difficult on two of the four nights that I stayed.

It was very comfortable for our family. The breakfast was very fresh and a great value.... The staff were constistiently friendly and their English was impressive! It was our first trip to Stockholm and we would defintely stay there again. The location was not far from anything either...it was also very quiet at night.

The only thing I did not like was the shower. Water easily escaped under the shower door and there was no floor mat provided. Not wanting to get our socks wet, we had to throw a towel on the floor. And while I understand the "Green" concept of reducing the energy costs by reusing towels, if I pay that much for a room, I'd like a fresh towel.
